Randall D. Crocker, President and CEO of von Briesen & Roper, s.c., announced today that the Firm has moved its Green Bay office to The Chamber Building at 300 North Broadway, Suite 2B. von Briesen also welcomes attorney Jonathan A. Meulemans, who joins attorneys Frank W. Kowalkowski and William S. Woodward in the Firm’s Green Bay office.
Meulemans focuses his practice on business and transactional matters including contracting, financing, corporate policies and governance, acquisitions, business structuring, and succession planning. Prior to joining von Briesen, Meulemans was Legal Counsel for the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. Before his position with the State of Wisconsin, Meulemans was in private practice for four years in the Fox Valley.
Meulemans received a J.D. (2012) from Marquette University and a B.A (2009) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He resides in Grand Chute, Wisconsin.
