Hannah Jurowicz Incoming Chair of the Chicago Committee Associate Board of Directors

Barack Ferrazzano congratulates Hannah Jurowicz who, after serving as last year's Vice Chair, is the 2018 incoming Chair of the Associate Board, Chicago Committee for Advancing Minorities in Large Law Firms. The Chicago Committee collaborates with its law firm and corporate membership to promote racial and ethnic diversity in the profession by providing professional development, networking, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. The Associate Board organizes more than 10 programs each year to build a city-wide community of diverse associates and support the associates’ career development.

Hannah also serves as a writing coach, law school and Fulbright application mentor, and scholarship selection volunteer for the POSSE Foundation, one of the most comprehensive and renowned college access and youth leadership development programs in the United States. Hannah has also volunteered with the Community Activism Law Alliance, the Chicago Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights and a death penalty re-sentencing project in Malawi. As a member of both the Firm's Litigation and Intellectual Property Groups, Hannah represents domestic and international clients in complex commercial litigation as well as advises them on the strategic protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
