Osborn Maledon Names Two Lawyers to Represent Firm in Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Leadership Programs

Osborn Maledon, P.A. has selected Kristin Windtberg, a litigator at the firm, as its 2020 Fellow to the prestigious Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). At the same time, the firm named Emma Cone-Roddy, also a litigator, as a member of the LCLD 2020 class of Pathfinders.

The LCLD Fellows Program is a landmark program dedicated to identifying, training, and advancing the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. The Pathfinder Program is designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies, including leadership and the building of professional networks.

Windtberg focuses on employment law counseling and litigation, as well as commercial litigation. Cone-Roddy is a commercial litigator who also practices appellate litigation and political law.

Founded in 2009, LCLD is an organization of more than 320 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a diverse legal profession. The LCLD Fellows Program, which has trained more than 1,600 mid-career attorneys since 2011, is one of LCLD’s most important initiatives.
