Cohen & Company is pleased to announce the election of Justin Thomas, Partner, Transaction Services, to the firm’s Board of Managers.

Nominated and voted on by the firm’s ownership group, board members serve staggered three-year terms. The board has important fiduciary responsibility relating to a variety of oversight matters.

Justin is a member of the firm’s senior leadership team, co-leading the go-to-market efforts for private equity. He specializes in advising clients through due diligence investigations, contract negotiation support and settlement of post-closing adjustments.

Incumbents Adam Hill and Kim Palmer were also re-elected to the board for another term. Other board members include Tina Dzik, Jim Kaiser, Marcy Kempf, Josh Lefcowitz, Corey McLaughlin, Ravi Singh and Dave Sobochan. CEO Chris Bellamy holds a permanent position on the board.
