Weaver expanded its presence in The Woodlands, Texas, by more than doubling its office space at One Hughes Landing, a premier development at 1800 Hughes Landing Blvd.
The firm, which moved into an 11,087-square-foot space on the fourth floor in December 2023, now occupies the entire fifth floor. The new space, totaling 26,031 square feet, is fully renovated to meet the firm's evolving needs.

The buildout includes upgraded meeting rooms, modern workspaces and flexible layouts designed to support hybrid work and team collaboration. The expansion aligns with Weaver's broader strategy of investing in high-growth regions and providing state-of-the-art environments for both clients and professionals.

The firm worked with architecture firm, Corgan, to design the office interior, general contractor, Endurance Builders, LLC, to complete the construction and Gauge Real Estate Partners as the project manager for renovations.
