ASB Group took part in one of the largest office real estate transactions completed in 2025 in the Czech Republic — the acquisition of the Brno office complex The Campus Science Park, whose new owner is the investment group SPM.
The entire complex offers more than 50,000 m² of leasable space, and the transaction value exceeded CZK 2.3 billion, making it the largest acquisition in SPM’s history.
ASB’s Transaction Advisory Team provided the buyer with financial and tax due diligence, further strengthening its position as a long-term partner in the transaction advisory market. ASB also closely cooperated with advisors from Wilsons and Cushman & Wakefield during the acquisition.

The Campus Science Park was developed between 2009 and 2018, consists of five office buildings, and serves as the headquarters for companies such as Seznam.cz and Česká spořitelna.
