Weaver is pleased to announce that Sparsh Varma has joined the firm as a director in its Consulting practice. Based in Houston, Sparsh has more than 16 years of experience in leading enterprise technology, data and digital transformation initiatives across the energy industry.
Throughout his career, Sparsh has focused on bridging the gap between technology and business strategy. He has led multiple post acquisition IT integrations, implemented enterprise-scale modernization programs and developed governance frameworks that support compliance, data integrity and cybersecurity.
In his previous leadership roles, Sparsh provided strategic advisory and implementation guidance to oil and gas operators focused on technology strategy, data architecture and operational integration. His background includes leading digital maturity roadmaps, M&A technology initiatives and fractional IT leadership engagements for various midcap and emerging energy companies. Sparsh also cofounded a technology platform that integrated oil and gas applications with real-time data analytics, helping organizations improve visibility and decision-making.

Sparsh earned a Master of Business Administration in management from Texas A&M University-Victoria (formerly known as University of Houston-Victoria) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems from the University of Houston.
