Spolumajitelé has acquired the Comenius residential project in Prague, with ASB Group advising on financial and tax matters
The investment group Spolumajitelé has completed the acquisition of the Comenius residential project located in Prague’s Petřiny district from J&T Real Estate. ASB Group supported the transaction by providing comprehensive financial and tax due diligence.
Completed in 2023, the Comenius project comprises more than 230 modern residential units, predominantly studios. The development was designed as rental housing for students and young professionals.
“Rental housing continues to gain attractiveness, and Comenius represents a modern concept aligned with current market demand,” said Tomáš Novák, Partner at ASB Group. Established in 2021, Spolumajitelé currently manages assets exceeding CZK 3.3 billion and invests in real estate and the energy sector.
