Weaver Relocates Austin Office to New Downtown Location

Nationally recognized accounting and advisory firm, Weaver, has relocated its Austin office to a new, expanded space on the 32nd floor at Sixth and Guadalupe in the heart of downtown Austin. As Austin’s tallest tower, the 66-story building offers a range of mixed-use amenities for employees to enjoy, including retail options on the street level as well as the city’s largest elevated outdoor space on upper levels.

Weaver selected the building in downtown Austin to increase visibility, create a more vibrant and flexible workspace for today’s hybrid teams and attract talented professionals throughout the Central Texas region. The new 30,819 square feet space includes 31 individual offices, along with flexible, open work areas and access to premium building amenities, including an exterior balcony and shared common areas that extend to meeting and networking spaces and a fitness center.

“Our strength comes from our people and their ability to work together to help solve complex business issues for our clients,” said Adam McCane, executive partner of Weaver’s Austin office. “As our presence in Austin continues to grow, the new office space supports both collaboration among our teams and accessibility for the clients we serve.”

Weaver worked with the architecture firm, Corgan, to design the office interior and the general contractor, Harvey Cleary, to complete the construction. Project management services were provided by Brian Attaway with Gauge Real Estate Partners of Houston. Weaver was represented in the lease transaction by Scott Morse and Katherine Pool of Citadel Partners, based in Dallas.

The open office design leverages technology to complement purpose-driven teamwork and offers a variety of spaces designed for in-person and hybrid collaboration. Environmental firm branding is noticeable throughout the floor, increasing the feeling of connection and further promoting employee engagement, while the expansive views of Downtown Austin offer team members and guests an attractive space with access to natural light.

“Our new Austin office is an energizing space that positions us for continued growth while creating an environment that supports how our teams work and collaborate today,” said John Mackel, CEO and managing partner of Weaver. “Downtown Austin remains a dynamic business hub, and this location allows us to better serve our clients while investing in our people.”
