We are pleased to announce the addition of two outstanding professionals to our Tax leadership team at Fuller Landau.
Howard D. Kazdan joins Fuller Landau as Tax Partner, bringing more than three decades of professional experience. He has a deep knowledge of corporate and personal tax planning, reorganizations, tax considerations for buying or selling a business, as well as succession and estate planning. Howard has advised private and public companies, individuals, partnerships, and trusts across a wide range of industries in Canada and internationally.
Jin Ahn joins Fuller Landau as Tax Principal, providing advisory and compliance services across a range of industries, with expertise in technology, entertainment, and the real estate sector. He advises on domestic and cross-border matters, including estate planning and tax strategies, bringing practical solutions and a client-focused approach.
