Laurie Peer, President of RKL Private Wealth, a subsidiary of RKL LLP, was named a 2026 Circle of Excellence honoree by Lehigh Valley Business as part of its Women of Influence awards program.
The Circle of Excellence recognizes women of longstanding, notable success who are leading the way for other women in the community. Honorees are selected by a panel of previous Circle of Excellence recipients and the Lehigh Valley Business editorial team based on professional achievement, community leadership and commitment to mentoring.
Peer has dedicated more than three decades to serving clients, mentoring professionals and strengthening the communities where she lives and works. Under her leadership, RKL Private Wealth has been recognized by Accounting Today as one of the top wealth management firms in the nation based on assets under management (AUM)*.
She is deeply committed to leadership development and works as an Executive Coach with Vistage, a CEO coaching and peer advisory organization. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Peer’s board and volunteer service has included leadership roles with the United Way of Berks County and the Reading Public Museum.
