ASB Group participated in another significant real estate transaction in Czech Republic, this time carried out by the REICO LONG LEASE fund. As part of this acquisition, ASB Group supported the buyer with comprehensive financial and tax due diligence, drawing on its experience in real estate transactions across Central and Eastern Europe.
In addition to due diligence, ASB Group regularly supports investors and funds at all stages of the transaction process, including structuring, financial modelling, SPA advisory and post-acquisition implementation. This integrated transaction support ensures alignment between tax, financial and operational aspects, helping clients manage risks effectively while maintaining efficiency in execution.
Through this transaction, the REICO LONG LEASE fund made its first investment in the educational facilities segment, further expanding and diversifying its portfolio. The acquired Prague British International School (PBIS) campus, located in Prague 4, comprises 6,800 m² of leasable area.
PBIS is an international school delivering British education to students aged 2 to 19. The campus is situated in the Prague-Libuš district and has been operating at its current location since 2007.
