Professionals from Mauldin & Jenkins, a leading assurance, tax, and advisory firm, partnered with United Way of the Midlands during its annual Volunteer Week to participate in a variety of service projects benefiting organizations throughout the Columbia community.
Each year, United Way of the Midlands’ Volunteer Week brings together local businesses, organizations, and volunteers to support initiatives that serve and strengthen the Columbia community.
Employees volunteered their time across several service projects, each focused on making a meaningful, hands-on impact. Opportunities included assisting Harvest Hope Food Bank with sorting and packaging food for distribution, delivering meals to homebound seniors with Senior Resources, landscaping at The Salvation Army of the Midlands, and completing spring cleaning and outdoor maintenance at Sistercare.
