Ventilation & Environmental Supplies Ltd, a Dudley based manufacturer and distributor of ductwork, heating, and ventilation products, has been acquired by Euston Ventures in a deal advised by Burgis & Bullock Corporate Finance.
Founded in 1988, VES has established a strong reputation as a trusted partner to customers across the construction, building services and industrial sectors. Through its commitment to technical expertise, customer service and product quality, the business has delivered sustained growth and developed long-standing relationships with a diverse customer base throughout the UK.
Euston Ventures focuses on acquiring and operating businesses in the specialist manufacturing, industrial and product distribution sectors.
The acquisition by Euston Ventures marks a pivotal moment in the Company’s history. The transaction enables the founding shareholders to realise the value they have created over several decades while ensuring the business is well positioned for continued success under new ownership.

They provided strategic advice, preparing the business for sale, identifying and engaging with a broad range of potential acquirers, and managing negotiations through to completion.
