Midlands-based Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, Burgis & Bullock (Warwickshire, England) has further strengthened its corporate tax expertise with the appointment of new Partner, Anne Rose.
As a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser, Anne has particular expertise in complex corporation tax issues including acquisitions, disposals, employee share options, Research and Development claims and Patent Box relief and also has considerable experience in tax advisory planning for medium sized companies, including foreign owned subsidiaries.
Anne joins the firm from Ernst & Young, where she had been a Tax Director since 2008 working across the East and West Midlands in Birmingham and Nottingham as well as further afield. With over 20 years experience in corporate tax, her appointment will enhance the firm’s existing tax capabilities to its wide and varied client base across the UK and overseas.
