Mallette (Quebec, Canada) has announced the acquisition of IDE Conseil.  IDE Conseil specializes in networking for CEOs, CFOs and high ranking managers by providing them opportunities to meet on a monthly basis.  Over 250 members from more than 100 companies, primarily in the manufacturing industry, are active in 12 circles, one of which has been active since 1986.
