AAB Expands Equity Funding Team with Key Appointment

Anderson Anderson & Brown LLP (AAB), one of the UK’s leading firms of Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors, has announced the appointment of Philip McGrath as Corporate Finance Manager in their specialist Equity Funding team.

Philip has significant experience supporting clients in raising Seed and Series A funding rounds across a wide range of sectors but with particular expertise in technology, food & drink and leisure, retail & hospitality. Philip joins AAB from Grant Thornton in London and will support equity funding mandates across the UK.
