Mercer & Hole have promoted former Tax Director, Jacqui Gudgion to Corporate and Business Tax Partner - a move which further strengthens the firm’s Corporate and Business Tax team and reputation as a top 20 firm for tax.
Jacqui has spent the majority of her career working with business and individual entrepreneurial clients and has developed strong relationships with professional and commercial contacts. Jacqui will continue her work with the Audit and Business Advisory partners across the firm working on a varied portfolio of clients.

Jacqui has expertise in tax planning for reconstructions and reorganisations, profit extraction, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, Research & Development Relief claims, Enterprise Management Incentives and the Enterprise Investment Scheme.
This latest promotion takes Mercer & Hole to a 25 partner firm, with a team of over 200. The firm has four UK offices and global reach through its founder membership of The International Accounting Group (TIAG), part of TAG Alliances.
