Ordinance No. 53/2021, of 10 March, establishes the normal age for accessing the old-age pension under the general social security system in 2022.

The normal age of access to the old-age pension under the general social security scheme in 2022, paragraph 3 of article 20 of Decree-Law no. 187/2007, of 10 May, in its current version, is 66 years and 7 months.

Ordinance No. 53/2021, of March 10, enters into force on January 1, 2021.
