Decree No. 218/XIV

The present law regulates the:

• Application of the contribution on the banking sector, of the solidarity additional on the banking sector, of the extraordinary contribution on the pharmaceutical industry, of the extraordinary contribution on the SNS medical devices industry suppliers, of the extraordinary contribution on the energy sector and of the additional on the circulation tax, during the year 2022;
• Extension, until December 31, 2022, of the reduced VAT rate applicable to importations, transfers and intra-community acquisitions of protection masks and disinfectant gel;
• Extension until December 31, 2022 of the suspension of the automatic update of the procedural unit of account provided for in article 5(2) of the Procedural Costs Regulation.
