Renee Inomata and Stephanie Smith's article, "Families First Coronavirus Response Act Provides Paid Leave for COVID-19 Related Absences," was published by the Massachusetts Bar Association in its March/April edition of Section Review. Their piece discusses the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, which includes two paid leave provisions – the Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion Act and the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act.
