Update of the Guaranteed Minimum Monthly Wage

Decree-Law 85-A/2022, of 22 December was published updating the value of the guaranteed minimum monthly wage (GMMW) for 2023, setting it at 760 euros, thus updating the value referred to in Article 273(1) of the Portuguese Labour Code.

Decree-Law 85-A/2022 enters into force on 1 January 2023 and is available here.
