The ASF has submitted for public consultation the draft regulatory standard concerning the assessment of technical provisions and limits for insurance and reinsurance contracts (Public Consultation No. 11/2022), which aims to incorporate the amended versions of EIOPA’s Guidelines on the assessment of technical provisions and on the limits of insurance and reinsurance contracts, ensuring its compliance by insurance and reinsurance undertakings, both at individual, group or subgroup level.

Comments on the draft Regulatory Rule should be sent, in writing and using the comments table for this purpose, by November the 11th of 2022, to the following email address: consultaspublicas@asf.com.pt.
