Claimant found guilty of fraud

A claimant has been found guilty of two charges of fraud in a personal injuries claim,¹ with Carter Newell Lawyers referring the matter to the Attorney General for offenses under the Personal Injuries Proceedings Act 2002 (Qld) (PIPA).
