The contribution on packaging, already in force for plastic or multi-material packaging with plastic since July 1, 2022, would come into effect on September 1, 2023, for aluminum or multi-material packaging with aluminum.
However, Ordinance No. 270/2023, of August 29, which amends Order no. 331-E/2023, of December 31, postpones, for the second time, the date of application of contribution on aluminum and multi-material packaging with aluminum to January 1, 2024.
