Linc pioneered the WeaverLEAD program, which strengthens the firm’s overall focus on learning and development through individual coaching sessions and leadership development programs. He works closely with team members firmwide to meet their personal and professional goals. He also provides strategic support and direction to Weaver’s recruiting team to attract and retain top talent. In addition to working with those at Weaver, Linc co-leads the firm’s Executive and Leadership Coaching Services (XLCS) practice, which offers a range of coaching services to Weaver’s clients nationally including executive and leadership coaching, team coaching, succession planning, well-being coaching and emotional intelligence coaching services.
