He has extensive knowledge of complex tax issues, including tax planning and managing tax exposure for U.S. multinational and foreign-owned companies and individuals. His professional background encompasses numerous areas of international tax, including tax compliance, tax provision reviews and audit support, as well as cross-border restructuring and tax planning that impacts multi-national businesses and individuals.
As partner, Epstein collaborates with Weaver’s multi-national clients to address outbound and inbound taxation issues including those associated with U.S. tax reform. He assists clients in evaluating available export tax incentive opportunities, tax efficient repatriation strategies and foreign tax credit utilization planning, as well as ASC 740 reporting and entity acquisitions, mergers and dispositions.
Craig is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas. He earned a Master of Taxation from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Delaware.
