Rob brings three decades of public accounting experience and a deep commitment to client success. As the National Practice Leader for Tax Services and a key member of Weaver’s firmwide strategy leadership, Rob plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction of the firm. His strategic oversight spans service lines, enabling him to deliver integrated, forward-thinking solutions that address complex client needs across tax, assurance, advisory, and consulting.  

In his role as a relationship partner on key accounts, Rob is dedicated to bringing the full strength of Weaver to every engagement. He works closely with clients to understand their long-term goals and leverages the firm’s collective expertise to craft tailored strategies that drive growth, mitigate risk, and create lasting value.  

Rob’s experience includes serving privately held businesses with a focus on succession planning, wealth protection, financial benchmarking, project KPIs, and executive mentoring. His strategic lens—shaped by his firmwide leadership—ensures that clients benefit not only from deep technical knowledge but also from a holistic, enterprise-wide perspective.  

Rob is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned a Master of Science in taxation from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Northern Illinois University. His academic foundation, combined with decades of experience, supports his ability to lead with insight and deliver impactful results and enhanced value aligned with client-driven goals.
