Burgis & Bullock is one of the Midlands' leading independent firms of chartered accountants and business advisers.  We seek to be our clients’ trusted business adviser by providing a personal, partner-led service that combines sound commercial judgement with strong technical expertise.

Established in 1888, the firm has seven partners and approximately 70 staff located in three offices across Warwickshire in central England.

Our principal service lines are audit and assurance, corporate and personal tax, accounts preparation and outsourced services, and corporate finance.

The firm’s business clients mainly comprise small and medium sized enterprises, ranging from start-up ventures to larger family owned businesses, private equity investee companies, and the UK subsidiaries of overseas groups.  We also provide tax compliance and advisory services to private clients, including high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, and company directors.

While our clients are spread across a wide range of industries, we have particular experience in the automotive, specialist engineering, information technology, healthcare, and property sectors.  In addition, we have a large number of clients in specialist sectors, including charities, educational establishments, and law firms. 

Burgis & Bullock is recognised for its depth of expertise in certain specialist areas, including corporate finance and private equity, business and share valuations, VAT advisory services, and import duties.  One of the firm’s partners is a member of the panel of valuation experts maintained by the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and several of our professional staff have previously worked for HM Revenue & Customs or "Big 4" firms.
