Jeff provides counsel on real property and environmental issues related to local, state, and federal government regulations, including general plan and zoning amendments, design review permits, affordable housing, water rights, water quality, endangered species, Williamson Act contracts, conservation easements, and eminent domain. He has experience working on these issues with the State of California Water Resources Control Board, Regional Water Quality Control Board, Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Department of General Services, as well as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Federal Emergency Management Agency. Jeff also assists clients and communities with local ballot initiative processes.
