Faith is a seasoned Bilingual legal professional who brings over 15 years of hands-on legal experience in corporate, commercial, tenders and compliance. As the Senior Legal Counsel for the International Department of Taher Group Law Firm Co. (“Taher Group”), she has advised local and international clients on corporate complex matters, civil and commercial international disputes, corporate financing, capital markets, Boursa Kuwait regulations, and CMA compliance.

With dual bachelor’s English language degrees in law and accounting, Faith provides a comprehensive perspective on legal and financial matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and regulatory frameworks. Her ability to bridge the gap between legal and financial teams enhances the success of complex transactions.
