Biography:
Mr. Alex Erheim serves as a Senior Legal Advisor in the International Department at Taher Group Law Firm ("TAG"), bringing with him a solid foundation of 11 years in legal practice. As a Canadian lawyer, he specializes in corporate law, commercial transactions, dispute resolution in commercial matters, and technology law. His academic achievements include an Honours Bachelor's Degree from the University of Toronto, obtained in 2007, and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Ottawa, awarded in 2011.
At TAG, Mr. Erheim leads a dynamic corporate and commercial practice, with a particular focus on advising on private equity investment deals and a variety of commercial transactions. He has established a notable presence in the technology sector, providing pivotal support to companies aiming to scale their operations and maximize the commercial potential of their products and services.
Experience:
Mr. Erheim renders his expertise to some of Kuwait’s leading national and international corporations, primarily in project development within the real estate sector, private equity transactions and subscriptions, the establishment of private investment funds, commercial sales and transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
