Debbie oversees all the administrative and management functions of the firm, including our financial, operational and IT requirements. She also acts as the firm’s liaison with the Malaysian Bar Council and with firms whom we have an affiliation or an alliance with. Debbie also focuses on exploring ways to enhance the practice of the firm including enhancing our efficiency and overall capability and formulating our business strategies.
Debbie was a practicing solicitor for almost 20 years and was a partner with a well-known commercial law firm for 13 years. In 2015, she co-founded, and became the chief operating officer of, Projek57 – an award-winning accredited social enterprise, focused on nation building.
