She routinely works with international clients, including some of China’s largest pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and e-commerce businesses to resolve their cross-border disputes. She also represents Utah businesses in a variety of litigation matters, including shareholder, employment, technology, trade secret, real estate, and business disputes.
In addition to her litigation practice, Qiwei is passionate about international law and counsels foreign corporate clients concerning their inbound investment strategies. As a native of Shanghai, she speaks Mandarin and Shanghainese. She also lived in Pittsburgh and Cleveland prior to settling in Salt Lake City.
