Greg practices in a wide range of construction litigation areas including contract disputes, defective design, defective construction and land use matters. His real estate litigation experience includes boundary disputes, landlord/tenant litigation, evictions and title disputes. Aside from his litigation expertise, Greg advises multi-family property management companies on the wide variety of tenant issues that arise within these types of properties.

Greg is the immediate past Litigation Section Head, having sat on the Firm’s Operations Committee for nearly 10 years. He and his family are passionate about Mesquite, Texas, where he serves on many local boards and is a former City Council Member. Greg and his wife, Raejean, have three daughters, Sarah, Rachael and Ashleigh.
