Advising and counseling clients on compliance with or litigating claims under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and equivalent laws of various states.
Representing clients in general business disputes such as employment related litigation including claims of discrimination under state and federal law in addition to business torts, landlord tenant disputes and corporate tax litigation.
