Mark has a national real estate practice involving the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, management and financing of real estate in cities across the United States. He regularly advises pension funds, developers, lending institutions and institutional investors on a variety of commercial real estate matters and business transactions.
His practice includes acquisitions and sales of office buildings, industrial properties, shopping centers, multifamily projects, mixed-use developments and medical facilities; overseeing national and regional real estate portfolio transactions; purchases and sales of notes and distressed assets; development of real estate; commercial leasing and property management; real estate finance and formation of joint ventures.
Mark was formerly a partner in an international law firm and Vice President and General Counsel of the Houston Rockets.
