James practices general commercial litigation with an emphasis on environmental, business disputes and complex commercial matters. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, James performed due diligence and environmental consulting work on over one-hundred real estate transactions. In law school, James also completed an externship for the Honorable Reed O' Connor of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
