With nearly 56 years of continuous practice before the Kuwaiti courts, including appearances before the Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation, he provides strategic leadership that shapes both the local and international direction of the Group.

• Providing overall strategic leadership and institutional direction for Taher Group Law Firm.
• Overseeing complex litigation, arbitration, and high-stake advisory matters

• Guiding the firm’s local and international operations to ensure consistency, quality, and long-term value

• Nearly 56 years of legal practice within the Kuwaiti judicial system.
• Extensive courtroom experience before all levels of courts, including the Constitutional and Supreme Courts.
• Served as an arbitrator at leading institutions, including GCC Commercial Arbitration Center, Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Kuwaiti Lawyers Association.
• Former Board Member of the Kuwait Judicial Institute and the Kuwait Lawyers Association.
• Direct contribution to drafting and amending key Kuwaiti legislation, including commercial, rental, and personal status laws.
• Chairmanship of several high-impact legislative committees, including the Law Editing.
