Patrycja Goździowska is the managing partner of SSW Law Firm’s tax department. During 1995-2009, she worked for the International Tax Advisory Department of one of the do-called ‘Big 4’ tax advisory firms. In 1999 she was assigned to work in the United States office, where she became familiar with the major concepts of the American system of taxing groups conducting international business operations.
She is a tax advisor with extensive experience in tax consulting for both international groups and Polish entrepreneurs. She specializes in comprehensive tax services for mergers and acquisitions. Patrycja also advises on restructurings and consolidations within capital and tax groups. She advises on the selection of tax-efficient structures for business activities and tax optimization projects.
She is an active member of the International Fiscal Association and the PKPP Lewiatan Tax Board.
