He graduated from the Law and Administration Department of Warsaw University where he worked on his doctor’s thesis entitled “Administrative-Legal Succession in Rationed Business in the Process of Merger of Companies” and he has lectures for students of the Law and Administration Department of Warsaw University in the scope of Public Business Law.
Pawel is a Senior Associate in SSW Law Firm. Prior to joining the SSW team, he worked in leading Polish law firms.
He specialises in the companies law (with particular interest in processes of mergers, division, transformation, and takeovers of companies ) and commercial law. His interests also include public business law, in particular issues related to running business that is subject to administrative-legal rationing (concessions, permits, and licences). Pawe? has years of experience in consultancy related to conducting and coordination of legal examinations of business entities in various economy sectors (including food, security, pharmaceutical industries and banking services) as well as in legal consultancy at all stages of M&A transactions, joint-venture projects and restructuring processes.
