Rebecca’s practice encompasses a wide range of commercial and property litigation. She has particular experience acting for both claimants and defendants in relation to professional negligence claims, art litigation, claims for enforcement of foreign judgments and cross-border civil fraud claims. A number of these matters have been high profile and feature an international element. Rebecca acts for international clients and high-net worth individuals.

She has substantial experience in dealing with various aspects of commercial litigation, most recently focusing on partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, high value contractual claims, insolvency, defamation and enforcement. Rebecca has acted in a wide range of matters across a number of sectors before the High Court, and arbitrations in the LCIA (London seat) and the ICC (London seat).
In the field of art law, including art litigation, Rebecca represents clients across the spectrum of the art world including collectors, dealers, artists, foundation and galleries. She has experience in dealing with various aspects of art litigation, including cases involving, professional negligence, attribution, authenticity, disputed ownership, fraud, guarantees, recovery, insolvency and enforcement.
