Ravichandran is a Senior Partner in the Firm’s Chennai office with professional experience spanning over three decades. His primary areas of practice include General Corporate & Commercial laws and Real Estate. Over the years, he has extensively advised various multinational and large India corporates on full spectrum of advisory and disputes pertaining to Real Estate & Construction laws.
He has advised numerous multinational companies in setting up their business operations in India and has handled their regulatory compliances with special emphasis on The Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and The Companies Act.
In addition to legal consultancy, Ravichandran has also been involved in providing financial advisory services to Start-up ventures and private corporations.
